Had the pleasure of delivering a Negotiation Skills workshop, based on Directive Communication methodology to a group of State General Reserve Fund (SGRF) employees in Oman.

Good negotiators need to have several skills on professional and social level as well, the workshop tackled how to define and profile negotiation opponents and the way they think (Colored Brain) and how to define their needs and interests (Emotional Drivers).

In addition, you need to know why, what, whom, when, where and how you are negotiating, specify your negotiation framework, plan it with your team beforehand and spicefy your BATNA and WATNA

Finally, the workshop tackled the win-win negotiation and how to deal with it professionally.
