Change Management Workshop, SGRF, Oman

You need to manage any change in order to have a successful change or expect failure or chaos.

There are many models for change management like Kotter’s 8-steps model, Lewin’s model (unfreeze-change-refreeze), Kaizen (the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement) and many other models.

They all share some common aspects, they all relate change with “People” and they all make the “Communication” the main pillar of change management.

Thus, when you combine change management with Directive Communication(TM) methodology, you will get unbeatable way to handle the change in profession and sustainable way.

I had the privilege to meet a group of wonderful executives in the State General Reserve Fund in Oman to share knowledge in a hands-on workshop titled: Change Management, based on Directive Communication Methodology.
