Through 10 days, I had the opportunity to conduct and lead a workshop to 4 groups of Social Media officials in different sectors of Sharjah Government in United Arab Emirates.
The event was organized by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau with the cooperation of HNI training Institute in Dubai.
The workshop suggested the change or shifting paradigm towards Social Media as a unique tool(s), understand the behavior of followers or targeted audience, their needs and how to fulfill them in the best possible way, as Social Media is all about them not us.
You must know how to plan, execute and measure your performance on Social Media and how to deal with Disasters, negative comments and campaigns.
The workshop attendees were very active, enthusiast and highly motivated to change their perspectives and the way they handle Social Media accounts.
