For the second time, had the opportunity to train another wonderful group from the National Ferries Company (NFC.OM) in Oman on “The Hero’s Way” workshop in Rotana resort in Salalah.
During five days of the workshop, we had a lot of fun, enjoyment, learning, friendship and eye opening experience together.
Like last time, the workshop resulted the making of 20 Heroes whom could change their lives and the way they communicate with others, hopefully, in their coming days.
In any organization, work colleagues should form incredible team to perform and achieve goals and the target vision which all agree upon.
