For the second time, had the opportunity to train another wonderful group from the National Ferries Company (NFC.OM) in Oman on “The Hero’s Way” workshop in Rotana resort in Salalah.
During five days of the workshop, we had a lot of fun, enjoyment, learning, friendship and eye opening experience together.
Like last time, the workshop resulted the making of 20 Heroes whom could change their lives and the way they communicate with others, hopefully, in their coming days.
When you are a responsible person and leading many employees you need to decide and chose if you want to be a leader or just a boss, a leader by authority or a leader by permission.
Had the pleasure to lead a workshop with a distinguished group of supervisors and mid-management leaders who showed a lot of commitment, enthusiasm and cooperation which added to my experience and knowledge. Continue reading The Hero’s Way is the way ahead – Garmco, Bahrain

Baluch Club organized a lecture titled “Interpersonal & Communications Skills” for its members and guests delivered by Trainer Waheed AlBalushi
The second group of Social Insurance Organization (public sector/ government) employees to attend this unique workshop to enhance their communication and leadership skills in order to create the ideal environment in the surroundings.
This group is powered by creativity and enthusiasm and very enjoyable throughout the three days.
