Team-building is very essential to get the Synergy (the energy of the group) and the only way to get to that is through enhancing communication among the team members.
This group of the Human Resources team in SGRF in Oman decided to get the hands-on tools to better performing team in their quest to “Sharpen their saw”.
Team Building has its own power, adding the flavor of Directive Communication to it makes the perfect combination to get the best from each individual to create the ideal work environment.
