The Hero’s Way is the way ahead – Garmco, Bahrain

When you are a responsible person and leading many employees you need to decide and chose if you want to be a leader or just a boss, a leader by authority or a leader by permission.

Had the pleasure to lead a workshop with a distinguished group of supervisors and mid-management leaders who showed a lot of commitment, enthusiasm and cooperation which added to my experience and knowledge.

The most special thing about this particular group was the fact that many of them were old friends, class-mates, neighbors or we share common friends… that’s awesome as you feel that you with friends rather than workshop participants.
