Team Building Workshops, Part 2, SGRF, Oman

Team-building is a very essential practice in any respectful organization aims to get the results done in an ideal work environment to get the Synergy (the energy of the group) and the only way to get to that is through enhancing communication among the team members.

In this exercise we aimed to emphasis on three pillars across the organization:

First: Understanding and Eliminating Blame Culture.

Second: Profiling people according to their Color Brains and dealing with them accordingly.

Third: Discovering the Emotional Drivers of self and others and try to get them highly motivated by fulfilling those needs positively and avoiding “Need Sucking”.

Team Building has its own power, adding the flavor of Directive Communication to it makes the perfect combination to get the best from each individual to create the ideal work environment.
