Trainer’s postures

To get the best of your audience’s attention and interaction you need to live your words and translate them to actions.

One of those techniques which I learned through Directive Communication TTT program is mastering the postures according the situation and the message needed to be delivered.

One of the postures I am performing here is the Warrior’s posture, which takes a lot of energy and keeps all audience on their toes.

The best connection of mind and body is presented in the postures in our daily life, and guess what..

you can learn it too.
