Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to understand and manage both your own emotions, and those of the people around you.
According to Daniel Goleman, there are five main elements of emotional intelligence:
- Self-awareness.
- Self-regulation.
- Motivation.
- Empathy
- Social Skills
Combining the theoretical elements with Directive Communication methodology leads to an outstanding results in being better Hero’s in our lives.
I was lucky to had the opportunity to conduct this workshop with a wonderful team of change management in the office of Dhafar Mayor in Salalah, Oman.
